practices to ensure they meet all state and federal standards
and adhere to our zero-landfill policy for eWaste.
Intechra’s downstream recycler and processor
standards are the strictest in the ITAD industry and
include restrictions on the use of prison and child
labor, U.S. government trade bans, and using recycled
material in the manufacturing of weapons of mass destruction.
The Intechra Environmental Affairs Department audits
and manages all downstream recycler and processor relationships,
and ensures compliance with the Basel Action Network’s
Pledge of True Stewardship, which restricts
the transboundry movement of hazardous eWaste to developing
nations. |
